This hooks onto any standard shopping cart and holds multiple sizes of cups and phones. The hook is able to rotate to keep the cup level to the ground. It collapses to fit into your pocket by sliding the bottom plate all the way up, then folding the leg. A dab of Loctite on the screws will keep them from working themselves lose when you fold the leg. Assembly: Attach the top and bottom legs together with 2x #6 1/2" machine screws and washers. Attach the cart hook to the top leg with 1x #6 1/2" machine screw. Slide the bottom plate into the grove, and super-glue the top plate on last.
